Testing is completely free and confidential. Please call 628-4827 for appointments.

If you are sexually active or have been in the past, we offer free testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for men and women. Testing is done via a simple urine specimen.

Two appointments of approximately 30-45 minutes are required. The initial appointment is usually on Mondays and follow-up appointments for results on Thursdays.
